Each flip independently rolls the same odds as one slot of an 11-card booster: 5/11 common, 3/11 uncommon, 2/11 energy, 1/11 rare. When the rare slot lands, there's a 1-in-3 chance it's a holo rare. Charizard, Blastoise, and Gengar are reduced inside the holo pool — they're rare for a reason.
